• the design number, (ie: ND001) or if you would like a custom design made
• size, (height x width in mm) 
• and the quantity of leadlights you would like us to provide a quote on. (ie: 2x leadlight panels)

If you also wish to have an estimate on the cost of Packing and Freight, then please also include the area/district you reside in.
